With over 30 years catering and restaurant experience between us we offer expertly prepared meals in a casual atmosphere. We believe that fine food starts with the best ingredients and ends with unpretentious meals cooked to order. With our far reaching experience it is not necessary to limit our dinner menu to one choice. Instead we offer several choices daily.
Our Complimentary Breakfast centers around an array of freshly baked delights from our kitchen which change daily. Some samples: Banana Bread, Orange Walnut Bread, Poppy Seed Rolls, Cinnamon Buns, Cheese Danish, Scones, Coconut Muffins, Coffee Cake, Croissants, Pancakes. Also included is a platter of fresh fruit, cereal, tea or coffee and juice.
A la carte breakfast Items from the griddle can be ordered at an additional charge.

Many of our guests take advantage of the complimentary use of the bikes to explore the Island and try local restaurants and conch stands for lunch. For the not so adventurous here are just a few of our most popular lunch items:
Our burgers are 5 oz. certified angus beef burgers char broiled with or without cheese, served on a Kaiser roll along with romaine lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and fried potatoes
Choices will vary and may include ham, turkey, roast pork or salami served on a Kaiser roll with either fried potatoes, potato salad
HOUSE SPECIAL - QUESADILLAS
Flour Tortilla filled with chicken, pork or sausage with peppers, onions and a blend of cheeses and sauteed on the griddle.
GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD
A boneless skinless chicken breast marinated in our house dressing, char broiled and served over a salad of Romain lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers, artichoke hearts
Our menu is varied and changes from day to day. We usually offer 2 or 3 options per evening so check the menu board. As we cook to order we request that you let us know if you will be dining with us and make your selection by mid-morning.
Dinner Entrees include - Potato, Rice or Pasta, Vegetable and fresh baked bread.
SALADS AND STARTERS
Salads are made with Romaine lettuce hearts, tomato, onion, peppers, artichoke hearts and/or other vegetable as available. All salads are served with our own delicious vinaigrette. Other appetizers will vary so just check with us daily

Our steaks are char broiled to order. We purchase the best beef that our supplier has on a weekly basis. Steaks may be Certified Angus Beef Strip Loins, Fillet Mignon, Flat Iron or Flank Steak.
CHICKEN IN WHITE WINE LIME SAUCE
Boneless, skinless chicken breast sauted and served in a light sauce of deglazed pan juices, white wine, fresh lime juice, fresh garlic and a touch of butter
CHICKEN WITH GARLIC CREAM SAUCE
Boneless, skinless chicken breast topped with a sauce of fresh garlic, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese
Boneless, skinless chicken breast breaded with fine bread crumbs and pan fried, topped with either smoked provolone or mozzarella cheese and our own tomato sauce
GRILLED PORK CHOPS
Twin hand cut boneless center cut loin pork chops pan grilled and served with apple sauce and or sauerkraut
ROAST PORK LOIN
Center cut pork loin served with apple sauce and or sauerkraut
Filets of center cut pork loin pounded thin, lightly breaded with fine crumbs and pan fried, served with fresh lime
The availability and type of fresh fish varies so we cannot guarantee fresh fish on a daily basis. All fish, lobster and stone crab are caught by a local fisherman and served fresh.
Lobster and Stone Crab are served only while the season is open.
We do not purchase or serve Lobster, Stone Crab or Grouper out of season.
